Hunter’s Hope

Jim Kelly, retired NFL quarterback for the Buffalo Bills and member of the Pro NFL Hall of Fame, will host a benefit next month for the non-profit organization Hunter’s Hope. Kelly established Hunter’s Hope in 1997, to honor his son who died as a result of globoid-cell leukodystrophy (Krabbe disease) at the age of 8. The Hunter’s Hope Foundation hopes to find a cure for Krabbe & Leukodystrophies, while advocating for newborn screening and providing support for children and families affected by these diseases. Jackson, along with Kathy Ashworth, will host a singer/songwriter evening for attendees of this year’s event at the Foxhedge Music Barn in Leipers Fork, TN.
